Fixed Fees
A set fee for a specific piece of work. With fixed fees, clients do not worry about the “fee clock” ticking or getting a surprise bill at the end of the matter.
Staged/ Capped Fees
We offer capped fee arrangements for different stages of the litigation process. This too offers cost certainty, because the work is broken down into segments and those segments are charged as per an agreed quote from the outset.
Hourly Rates
Our hourly rates are highly competitive and would be fully discussed with you at the time of engagement. Furthermore, we will be fully transparent with you as your matter/s progress in regards to fees.
