Our Principal Pansy Tsang has a decade of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice as well as general litigation. Having worked in both an international law firm, a leading independent Hong Kong law firm as well as being a partner at an established specialist Hong Kong law firm, Pansy has a solid appreciation for expectations of various corporate and individual clients.
She advises individuals, insurers, doctors, hospitals and professional indemnity providers regarding both minor and catastrophic injuries, policy coverage as well as contentious personal injury claims involving the Employees’ Compensation Assistance Fund Board and Motor Insurers’ Bureau. She also advises on crew claims, accidents on board vessels, aircrafts, container terminals and construction work sites, as well as motor accidents.
Pansy has significant experience in handling contentious claims and applications under the Mental Health Ordinance regarding mentally incapacitated persons, as well as probate issues in respect of fatal accidents. She was one of the case handlers in the leading case Chan Pak Ting HCPI 235 of 2011 which changed the discount rate in quantification of damages in personal injury litigation in Hong Kong.
Pansy completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Hong Kong (2008) and later obtained her postgraduate certificate in law from the University of Hong Kong (2009).

Tsang & Associates Partner Stella Kong has 17 years’ experience in defendant personal injury litigation, insurance litigation and property litigation, as well as general and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Tsang & Associates, Stella was a partner at a well-known Hong Kong law firm.
Stella has extensive experience in advising and acting for international and local insurers as well as major corporate clients in various claims involving personal injury, employees’ compensation, public liability, motor liability, industrial accidents, defamation claims, plus commercial and contract disputes.
She is a highly sought-after practitioner when it comes to advising insurers on policy coverage, policy wordings, disputes over policy terms and conditions, claims for contribution/indemnity amongst insurers and recovery claims.
In addition, Stella has significant experience in managing litigation claims for real estate property developers on tenancy-related disputes. Being a strong litigator, she is well equipped to be briefed on commercial litigation.
Stella’s career history also includes criminal defence against authorities including Hong Kong police force, the Immigration Department and The Independent Commission Against Corruption.
Stella was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004.
